i'll never know

what to blog, oh what to blog. i come here a lot thinking of things to write, but i usually leave fairly quickly. i don't know if i've spend my last quarter on homies or what. i burned myself today, that was fun. it was one of those moments you would see somewhere like a guidepost magazine of stupid moments. my dad had cleaned the shower nobs and when i got in the shower and the water was a little hot, i turned the cold nob to lessen the burn. only to my surprise the water went from hot, to water escaped from hell (if it's as hot and all as they say). under the moment of confusion and pain turning off the hot water nob did nothing more than make things worst. once i got both nobs turned off did i realize what just happend. some things in life just don't make sense, like why cold can be hot and turning off the hot only makes it worst, and when three year olds say caca i burst into joyous laughter. oh the mystery of it all isnt that deep i suppose, it has it's obvious answers. my dad, and well immaturity. CACA!!!!

Dear Dave Hodge:

You don't know me, but I'm Nate (Nathan to me) Kingsbury's Mom. I saw your name on Nathan's blog and laughed. My husband's name is Dave. Our grandson, Micah heard me call my husband's name the other day and afterward kept calling his Grandpa Dave Hodge. He'd say things like, "Don't do that, Dave Hodge." We laughed when Micah first called my husband by your name so he kept it up. When we told Nathan, he informed us about you. It's nice to meet the real Dave Hodge. I hope to really meet you someday.

I enjoyed your blog posting.

Cindy (wife to the second Dave Hodge)
